By visiting our website, users are given an anonymous session ID that Google Analytics uses to record visited websites and the start and end date of visit for statistical purposes independently of personal information. Our company has a notification obligation in case of privacy infringements, which have to be met promptly but not later than within 72 hours after the company is informed about the incident, except when the personal data breach does not cause any major harm to those concerned. In this case, the notification must be sent to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). 4. Legal Basis of Data Processing
In compliance with Section 5(1)(a) of the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information, the legal basis of data processing is the website visitor’s consent.
5. Duration of Data Processing
In case the visitor requests the deletion of the data processed in a written declaration, those will be deleted within 10 days. In case of e-mails sent by our users, e-mail addresses are deleted on the 30th day following the closure of the case referenced in the inquiry, except in specific cases, if the data controller has a legitimate interest in further processing of personal data, until such legitimate interest exists.
6. Category of Processor
The processing of user data is carried out by PEPE Mobil Bt., except for the data collected for statistical purposes that are processed by Google Analytics.

7. Rights of Data Subject
a. Right to Access
